Senior Application Developer
Job Responsibilities
What you need to perform this job:
- Familiarity with the Azure Cloud Platform
- Understanding of the concepts behind containerization and orchestration
- Passion for developing code and releasing on demand
- Working in an agile environment as part of a full design and development team, participating in scrum ceremonies, interacting with and supporting our customer
- Supporting the developer team in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting web applications
Job Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer and/or Software Developer
- Experience deploying services on the Azure Cloud platform
- Experience with developing cloud-native applications using C#, Java, PHP
- Experience with deploying containerized applications (using Docker) with build, test, and deploy stages
- Experience with end-to-end automation of CI/CD containerized pipelines, including security checks during stages
- Supporting the developer team in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting web applications
- Familiarity with, and understanding of, Kubernetes and container-native workflows
- Experience developing in web languages (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP)
- GitHub/GitLab account with open-source contributions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (If an Associate’s Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience)
- US Citizen and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Cloud Operations Administrator
Job Responsibilities
What you need to perform this job:
- Familiarity with cloud providers (Azure – Preferred)
- Understanding of the concepts behind containerization and orchestration
- Passion for empowering developer teams to deliver code to production faster
- Serving as the subject matter expert for containerization and DevSecOps and providing relevant advice to team members and customers
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Microsoft Azure GovCloud
- Experience performing daily administration of operation of the cloud environment, servers, and server-based services including VDI management, and MS Security Sentinel maintenance
- Assist with data center migration between on-premises data centers to other data centers
- Assist with scanning of security vulnerabilities, patching, and remediation as per the standard operating procedures and system security plan
- Develop monitoring scripts (bash processing, cloud shell, PowerShell, etc.) and deploy standard monitoring tools to ensure systems are protected continuously
- Understanding of maintaining FISMA high and moderate mission-critical applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum of 6 years of work experience)
- US Citizen and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
